Olympic Dreams

With the London Olympics looming, and the expectations of the nation being in mind, the UK dramatically increased it’s sports funding. Looking to the future, millions was spent on programs designed to identify exceptional exceptional talent and intensively develop them into a potential army of Olympians.

This work explores the physical and mental expectations placed on young shoulders and questions the role of children in such high-pressured roles in our society and popular culture.
